The price includes monthly rental for complete outfit (instrument, bow and case/bag) and complete insurance coverage (incl. 20% VAT).

violins from 1/16 to 4/4 (depending on the availability)

violas in standard sizes (no small sizes) (depending on the availability)

cellos from 1/8 to 4/4 (depending on the availability)

instruments can be exchanged for a larger size at no extra charge
- minimum rental period for violins and violas: 3 months (If the instrument is purchased at a later date, a maximum of three months’ rent can be deducted.)

minimum rental period for cellos: 6 months (If the instrument is purchased at a later date, a maximum of six months’ rent can be deducted.)

no additional costs: no deposit required
the first three months are paid up front at our shop (cash, debit/Maestro card or credit card)

easy payments: after the initial 3-month period, rental fees are paid quarterly in advance by bank transfer; we will send you invoices by email or post for each payment period

flexible: the instrument can be returned at any time after the minimum period (notice period: 4 weeks)

accessories, e.g. shoulder rest or rosin, are not included in the rental fee but are available for purchase at our shop

required documents: registration form (Meldezettel), valid ID card or passport (without those documents is the rental not possible)
- the loan is only possible with a place of residence in Austria
